The beautiful Friday after Thanksgiving, Jackie and Lucas were married at Trinity Lutheran in Moorhead. They decorated the ballroom in gold sprayed wheat and evergreen branches, along with gold and blue holiday bulbs and dark blue hydrangeas. In lieu of a wedding cake, Jackie's grandmother provided a Norwegian wedding cake while Lucas's mom, came with hundreds of mouthwatering petifores. After an array of appetizers, this good looking couple and their friends danced the night away to music provided by power play DJ.

This fun spirited couple was married in the ballroom,surrounded by their closest family and friends. Tara and Ryan had a circle ceremony, a very fun and intimate idea I'mkeeping in mind for my 25th wedding anniversary. The couple's family and friends walked in tothe ballroom, onto the dance floor which was in front of the windows, andformed a circle. After everyone was inTara and her dad entered the room and her dad, closed off the circle. A very emotional ceremony had tears coming tomy eyes when Tara had to take a deep breath to say her vows. After the sand ceremony, the pronouncement ofmarriage and a couple champagne toasts, the couple were joined with morefriends and family as the night went on. They served a wide array of appetizers and very cute cupcakes which wereprovided by Hornbachers. Every table wasarranged with submerged flowers and a floating candle. Congratulations guys, with this much love inyour eyes... you have many happy and healthy years ahead of you! This gorgeous couple was married on November 4th in Fargo. Their guests were greeted with a hosted drink before they entered the ballroom which was tastefully decorated with white hydrangeas and cranberry stems. Their wishing tree was accompanied by photos of both Heather and Trevor's parents on their wedding days. Their cake, provided by NDSU catering, was 3 layers and went with their berry theme with each tier separated by 3 different kinds of berries. A very cute idea, and one we've never seen! We wish Heather and Trevor a marriage full of many happy years!

October 22nd started with fun when the guests came off the elevator, and were greeted by servers buttlering 6 different appetizers. After the ballroom doors were open the guests flocked into a beautiful ballroom decorated with fall themes of gold pained pumpkins and pheasant feathers. Each time the glasses wrung, the bride and groom would pick a couple to kiss before they would. Everyone was hooting and hollering to the good time! Engagement and fun photos of the couple were on each table in the Atrium, and a gold painted mailbox housed the cards they received. We wish this couple many happy years together!

The life loving Kayla and John were married on October 21st before they and their 230 guests joined us for a very social reception. They had no head table, instead cocktail tables lined the windows in place of it. Each table was complete with a beautiful centerpiece put together by Sarah Gefroh Brandenburg. Their cake was lined with pretzel rods that resembled sticks and the guests were welcomed by a scrapbook and a book the couple put together on Shutter fly, with all of their US and world travels. Their wishing tree was FULL of well wishes from their guests by the end of the night. If we would have filled one out, it would have read "cheers to the next happy 65+ years you two have together!" This beautiful couple was married in August in Cobo then came and celebrated with friends and family in our ballroom on October 14th. They brought back the "ocean" with them in their centerpieces. They had a purple candle in sand with sea shells on each table. The night started with playing their ceremony on the big screen before everyone enjoyed munching on appetizers and dancing the night away. The photo booth was sure a hit with everyone too which was set up in the Atrium. We wish you guys the best!

This fun loving couple married October 15th, 2011. The ballroom and atrium area were decorated in fall colors to fit the season along with gaming feathers, which resembled a hobby of both the bride and groom. As the guests arrived here at the Radisson, appetizers and complimentary drinks welcomed them. There was assigned seating for the guests, which each name tag stated their name and table number along with a colored flower which resembled the food option. The slideshow played throughout the social hour and into the dinner for the guests to watch and enjoy all of the memories Jo and Mike created throughout the years. The dinner was served to all the guests and during the dinner a game was played, and the only way the bride and groom could kiss was if someone stood up and sang a love song to them. This was such a great touch to the evening which brought laughter and love to a room filled with close family and friends. The cake was served and the toasts were made to begin an evening with dancing to MixVibes DJ Service. We wish this couple the best in their future together as husband and wife! Best Wishes!

This sweet couple was also married on the 16th of September and after their ceremony, they joined us in our Sky View center for an intimate reception. Their guests grazed on appetizers for the evening while taking in the view from the highest event space in North Dakota, not to mention in the second tallest building! With the unique layout of the Sky View center, Janell and Todd did a great job in getting creative with set up. There was a social room, an appetizer room, a dancing room and a separate area for the bar. The guests were mingling all night, moving from room to room. Below are some pictures from their night. Congratulations guys! Callie and Dusty were married on the 16th of September in West Fargo. Their reception followed, which was a theme of purple. Their centerpieces were a single stem submerged in our 26" tall vase, and a purple light in the bottom, which really defined the purple in the room. After dinner their guests enjoyed a variety of mini cheese cakes which were displayed in a stand that Dusty made himself. EVERYTHING was perfect on your guys' end!!! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I can't tell you how nice it was to just show up and have the rooms all done and ready. What a stress relief! And the centerpieces turned out even better than I imagined.

Service was great... very prompt and professional. The food was wonderful. I had a lot of comments on how the food was. I know the DJ played late because there was so many people on the dance floor - hope that wasn't a problem with the hotel! I didn't even realize what time it was.

I didn't get a chance to talk to you very much, but thank you SO much for everything! It went so smoothly and looked beautiful.

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Landman~ This couple was married September 3rd, 2011. Bliss Weddings & Events decorated the ballroom to make this reception a WOW! The couple went with a Sweetheart Table for their head table with gorgeous bouquets of flowers placed throughout the ballroom and a soft touch of candle light to set the romantic feel to the evening. As the guests arrived they were welcomed with appetizers along with signature drinks of Blue Moon(the grooms favorite drink) and Sangria(brides favorite drink). They were also asked as they came in to the reception to take the envelope with their name on it which inside had their meal choices. Following the social hour, a delicious dinner was served followed by a dessert bar which had an array of desserts cupcakes, brownies, kuchen, rocky road bars, and the kids would say their favorite thing of the night was the Ice Cream Bar where they could load up on all the toppings they wanted on their sundae. When the sun went down and evening set in the couple danced the night away to the band Hellina Hand Basket. The ballroom was decorated stylishly, yet simple. Each chair was tied with a yellow sash and each table dawned a floating rose head in their accent color. Their elegant cake, provided by Cindy Honel, was wrapped with ribbon and rhinestones which also matched the rhinestones that lined the back of Shannon's dress and was topped with a classic statue of a bride and groom dancing. Their closest friends and family arrived for the ceremony, set for 5 pm, to a room full of stargazer lilies and two photos of the couple on easels just outside the ballroom doors. After their ceremony they moved out to the Atrium where they were welcomed with an array of appetizers so that the hotel staff could go in and turn the room for the dinner, shortly following. Each table was decorated with eifel vases full of two different styles of yellow flowers. Yellow and white cut out flowers, were sprinkled over the mirror tile and also lined the guest book table and head table. Each guest had a name card to "save their spot" which were accented by the same paper flowers that were sprinkled to add their colors to each table. This fun loving couple was married on July 22nd, right here at the Radisson in downtown Fargo. The ballroom and atrium were beautifully decorated with Gladiolas in the color of pink and white. This made for a wonderful ceremony in our Ballroom where all of the guests gathered as the couple said their I DO's. Following the ceremony the guests enjoyed an enormous array of spectacular appetizers. As the wedding party entered the ballroom after taking a short break between the ceremony and the social, By Request DJ announced the wedding party back into the ballroom where they took there seats to enjoy the appetizers which was served family style. Following the dinner the moonlight dancing began as they danced the night away in front of the windows, which is an awesome view! Their guests were invited to take a photo in the photo booth that was provided by By Request DJ, and they were also asked to make any wish to the couple to place in their Wishing Well. Greta and Dave were married on July 16th in West Fargo. Their guests arrived to the reception hall, decorated in orange and pink, to a full array of appetizers. Once the bride and groom arrived we served the guests their choice of prime rib or fresh salmon, and shortly after the cupcakes were enjoyed by everyone. The decor in the ballroom looked so bright and cheerful with pink table runners made by Jill, Greta's mom, and bouquets of bright orange lily's with the vases wrapped in an orange sheer fabric. Each table was complete with a photo of the couple, printed with a table number for assigned seating which coordinated with the board assignment right outside the ballroom. Amanda and Steve were married on July 15th just over the river in Moorhead. Their guests arrived to a table with place cards, showing them what table they were assigned to. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party did their grand march and began with dinner. The guests had their choice between two entrees, and chicken strips for the "kiddos". They had a beautiful summer reception with huge gerbera daisies at half of the tables, and a floating candle at the others. Their candy station was complete with a little saying that ended with "as you enjoy your bag of treats, please remember that LOVE is SWEET". Every detail was thought about which started with the centerpeices with many beautiful sunflower arrangments created by Jess's mother, along with the navy linens that were brought in by the couple added brightness which blossomed into an elegant evening for Jessica and Nate. As the guests arrived they were surrounded by the soft piano music in the background as they were requested to pick up their name tag(created by Jess's mother) which stated the guests name, which entree they were having, along with their seat placement(the tables were numbered and each name tag had a number to designate where they would be seated). As the guests entered the ballroom the soft lighting of the tea light candles on each table set the mood for a wonderful evening! This couple was married on June 24th, 2011 at St Anthony's Church in Fargo. Their guests were greeted with appetizers and cocktails as they waited for the couple to arrive from taking pictures following the ceremony in downtown Fargo. Following the social, dinner was served and shortly there after they made a toast and danced the night away to Paige Productions. On every guest table, the guests were swarmed with kisses from the couple(they were actually chocolate kisses). This fun, life loving couple, was married on June 18th at Christ the king church in Moorhead. Their guests were greeted with appetizers and cocktails when they arrived to the hall, which was shortly followed by dinner and a night of dancing. Every detail was thought about which started when Maggie decided to haul up suit cases full of Macadamia nuts, all the way from Hawaii! Their centerpieces were complete when the flowers from the church, made it over to be used in the centerpieces. Good job on a "green" idea guys! We wish these two the best in their future together, just as Maggie's 1st graders in Hawaii did on the board she put up with their wishes. We hope you guys had a great time in Fiji (we have to say, we were wondering where a couple who lives in such a gorgeous place would honeymoon!) Thanks you to and the Radisson! once again we had awesome comments on the food and the venue as usual, was lovely. Mike and Maggie were absolutely thrilled with everything. I think we were only short about 5 people for brunch and those who were there ate for them and about 30 others. Your kitchen staff was wonderful to make an additional batch of egg bake. The word got out that it was great and people really went for it. Maggie hates egg bake and she even liked it. Please thank the kitchen staff again - they were great. Also when tearing down on Saturday night, Sarah and Andy were so helpful. Also the kids and the parents loved the play room.

Jenna and Danny were married at their family's lake place before joining us for a reception on June 17th. The guys dawned camouflage vests and the ladies were stunning in black. Each table had a floating candle with a camo ribbon tied around the vase and their cake, provided by Hornbachers, was complete with a gold frosted ribbon on each tier. Everyone was full after dinner, but they managed to all make it out on the dance floor with music provided by Sound Solutions. Unfortunately, we didn't get any pictures to share with everyone because of the weather situation that day. With the incoming rain they ended up moving their ceremony to 2 pm which made guest arrival even earlier. By the time the room was ready to go, the couple was already here. None the less, we wish Jenna and Danny the greatest future anyone could have. Cheers to you guys!

Amanda and Jeremy were married on June 10th at the Messiah Lutheran campus in North Fargo. They and their guests had an array of appetizers to choose from before they toasted and danced the night away to music by Powerplay DJ. Jeremy came in to the reception sporting his Minnesota Twins hat before he had to take it off for cake pictures, which was provided by Fantasies in Frosting. Amanda, along with her family and friends, did a great job on the ballroom. Flowers floated in water on each guest table, some with submerged flowers and floating candles, and their "L" monogram was incorporated both in the ballroom at the head table, as well as on the tables in the Atrium. On May 28th Karla and Mitch were married at Holy Spirit in Fargo before they, and their 365 guests, joined us for a reception on our 3rd floor. Their started by gathering all of their guests in the ballroom for toasts and a slide show before everyone moved into dinner. Being the ballroom can accommodate up to 280 guests we had 2 additional rooms for overflow, each one decorated with unique centerpieces that Karla came up with. Bringing in her back round as a teacher of chemistry, she used flasks to hold her gerbera daisies. A truly clever way to make their reception personal! Their cute bride and groom attire party favors were at each setting thanking their guests for being there and celebrating with them. What a great couple! The (so much fun!!) Jennie and Brian had a beautiful spring wedding reception with us, after they were married at St. Mary's downtown on May 21st. They and their guests came to the ballroom filled with white, black and spring accent colors. They arrived to an array of hors d'oeuvres which was follwed by their choice of 3 entrees. After dinner they toasted to the couple and had, what I've been told, was a much enjoyable first dance. I'm still awaiting the video (Jennie!! ha!!!). They served their guests the newest way to serve cake, cake balls (provided by Love in the Oven), which I have to say absolutely melt in your mouth. They had activities for the kids with a box of crayons and pages of wedding themes personalized to the couple. We wish them the best in their future together! They started with photos in the afternoon followed by an intimate ceremony where they, and their 100 guests, were lead by a classic Lutheran ceremony officiated by their pastor. The gorgeous and sweet Erin and Drew were married at Messiah Evangelical on Saturday the 30th of April then joined us for a beautiful pink and black reception in the Cityscape Ballroom. Hi Jess,

Thank you so much for all of your help over the past few weeks. Drew and I couldn't have been happier with how our wedding reception turned out. The Radisson staff was so incredibly helpful; we were so impressed. We absolutely loved being on the 16th floor for our rehearsal dinner. The view was great, and all of our family and friends thought it was a great atmosphere for our smaller group. We loved the pizzas!

It was so nice to be able to set up right away in the morning of the wedding. We were very thankful the Radisson had the correct number of tables and linens so we could get to decorating right away. When there were a few things we couldn't find (mirrors and candle votives), the Radisson staff immediately got them for us once we asked. We were done decorating by 8:30 am! Throughout the whole day into the evening, we were very impressed by the Radisson. Dinner was wonderful, everyone loved their steak and chicken.

I admit, I was a little nervous after seeing Sarah was leaving before our wedding reception, but I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Thank you so much for making it such a smooth transition and for all your hard work leading up to our wedding reception, we couldn't be happier!

Megan and Aaron were married at the South campus of Hope Lutheran on April 9th. After their ceremony, they and their guests joined us at the hotel for a receiving line before heading into the Cityscape Ballroom for a night of beauty and fun! The ballroom was stunning in blue, gray and green. Hydrangea's towered over the guests in our 26" tall cylinder vases while other tables were home to a combination of various vase styles, each having their own flower or floating candle in them. Their bird theme showed on both their cake and on the bowls of yummy chocolate eggs they had on each guest table, a perfect theme for spring! Not a detail was left unturned which included hand made paper, by Megan, housing seeds for their guests to plant. Hi Jess, Everything was really wonderful! We had the most amazing wedding day! The decorations turned out beautifully and it worked out great being able to do the vases the day before and store them in your other room. Thank you for letting us do that! The food was amazing as well! We've gotten a lot of compliments on how great everything was from our guests. The service for the food was wonderful and we were very pleased with that as well. The whole evening, the staff was helpful, accommodating and courteous to everyone so far as I've heard. One of my coworkers was very impressed with the staff and how they saw she had a baby, immediately brought them a high chair for him, and even warmed up his food for them. She was very pleased and said she has never had a staff at a wedding be so helpful and accommodating for them with their child.

We are very happy we chose the Radisson for our wedding reception. Thank you and the staff for all the hard work and helping us have the wedding we dreamed about! We will definitely be recommending your services to our friends!

After the ceremony they and their 270 guests joined us for a beautiful white on white spring reception in the Cityscape Ballroom. Trevor's mom put together centerpieces with roses and tulips, provided by Swenson Floral, tied in coordinating ribbon around the bases. Fantasies in Frosting topped off the cake with color matching fondant frosting flowers bringing their wedding colors into the Atrium. After their 3 course dinner they danced the night away to music by Dude Walker and had a good time with Jonathan from Black Tie Photo Booth! Catersource 2011 report...

We just returned from the annual Catersource Conference and Trade Show held in Las Vegas, and can't wait to bring the new catering trends to Fargo! This conference, along with NACE, is truly what helps us stay on top of all the trends in catering, decorating and service. It was 4 intense days of education sessions and shopping on the trade show floor. We learned new ways to display and create mini desserts in original ways, which is becoming the fastest growing catering trend. We also learned that the newest and latest in decorating is texture, texture and MORE TEXTURE. It's on the chair covers, the table linen and the napkins. It's not for all but it definitely adds a dramatic look! Another thing we learned about is the "stand up, sit down dinner". This new dinner technique is for the couple that wants both the social atmosphere that hors d'oeuvres receptions offer, but the complete meal of the plated dinner. Everything is butlered to the guests but in bite size pieces. They'd start with the appetizers, about 2 or 3 choices, move to the salad course which is just a lettuce leaf topped with cheese, other veggies and dressing and offer the guest two to three bites. After the salad is complete a "shooter", which resembles something a little larger than a shot glass, of soup would be served to the guests, followed by the main course which would be more bite size portions of pork, chicken, steak or seafood, potatoes, usually place right on a spoon, and veggies, much of the time speared right on the fork. What a fabulous FUN idea, I can't wait for one of our couples to try it out! We also took a "behind the scenes" tour of the Rio. Their Catering Manager, Wendy, and their Executive Chef, David, shared so much information on how their property is run it amazing how similar our facilities operate. With the Rio having 2500 rooms and over 160,000 square feet of meeting space it makes the Radisson Fargo seem like a pin drop in there facility. We have to sincerely thank them for bringing us in all of their "off limits to the public" areas, it was a very unique learning experience. The pictures below will highlight only some of the aspects from the conference. With less food demonstrations than NACE, there is never an opportunity to capture the food ideas but we look forward to sharing them with our clients when they come in!

We realize that May 2011 is a ways away but not in the planning industry! Calls are coming in for small parties everyday, and lately... graduation has been on every one's mind. Libby and Caleb were married at First Presbyterian Church here in Fargo on New Years Eve, after one (I should say two) of the worst blizzards I can remember. They and their guests joined us for a stunning silver on black reception on our 3rd floor. They were welcomed by butler passed hors d'oeuvres and great company. They had a phenomenal turn out and everyone made it not only a reception to remember but quite the NYE party also! They and their 200 guests danced the night away to music provided by Powerplay DJ complete with a champagne toast at midnight. A friend of the family made their 3 tier cake that was accented with cascading white flowers, including lilies. Their centerpieces were stunning with glittered branches in eiffel tower vases sitting 24 inches above the guest tables, along with silver and white holiday balls at the base all over a silver charger and accented with tea lights. Each guest was given one of the yummiest home made chocolate chip cookies I've ever seen, in a silver box tied with a black ribbon and a thank you note from the couple. They, and all of their friends, did an amazing job with the ballroom, there was not a detail left unturned! There's no better way to welcome in 2011 than with the love of your life! Congratulations Libby and Caleb, we wish you the best in your future together!

I can't imagine a better way to warm up on a day like today than with a grilled gruyere sandwich with tomatillo jalapeno jam! Chef introduced these at our open house back in November, well with a slight variation on the insides, but the cheese was the same and who doesn't like a jalapeno kick! They were so good I can't imagine a grilled cheese sandwich any other way! This feature will be served in Passages Cafe from 11 am to 2 pm with your choice of a cup of soup, salad or hand cut fries. Thank you to everyone that could stop by our open house held on the 16th and 18th of November, it was great to see both familiar and new faces!! We had our display boards out as well as the renderings of where the hotel is going as far as design. Chef Tom and his staff presented just some of the new options that will be on our new menu when it comes out. If you don't want to wait for the new menu... we can still do all of these action stations, call for pricing!! The action stations were serving up everything such as the mashtini bar where guests could choose from regular mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes, and top with their favorite condiments... much like our right now risotto bar where the guests could customize their risotto order right there with our cooks. Also included was our harissa chicken drummies and new zealand lamb chops grilled atop galvanized gutters, grilled gruyere and tomato mini sandwiches with acorn squash and quince soup. To top off every ones sweet tooth was a, not only appetizing, but impressive dessert station offering both chocolate & sea salt pot de creme as well as sweet ricotta & pears with walnut brittle. If you didn't have a chance to stop by during the open house feel free to stop by anytime, the renderings are in our lobby on display. Check them out on your way up to Perspecives Lounge for a specialty martini or Passages Cafe for a perfectly prepared dinner!

destination weddings!!

Destination weddings are becoming more popular, year after year, for couples in our area. They're intimate, relaxing and beautiful... who wouldn't like saying i-do on a beautiful white sand beach with the ocean as a back drop, surrounded by palm trees?? Hmmm... maybe I should talk my husband into a vow renewal!

Two couples had destination ceremonies, then joined us in October for gorgeous celebrations! their moments were caught by our camera below!

Crystal and Brandon were married in Jamaica in the middle of October. The brought back so much of the "Jamaican theme" with them. They greeted their guests with a photo of their names in sand along with a mojito bar inspired by their ceremony. Beautiful teal accented the white on white linens which were topped by a vase of lily's. They enjoyed an array of appetizers before they danced the night away to DJ Ryan Boyar. Later in the evening guests took advantage of the photo booth Crystal hired, Black Tie Photo Booth, where they went home with some fun pictures! We wish this wonderful couple the best in their future together!

Jess and Todd were married in Cobo just one day before Crystal and Brandon were married in Jamaica. Jess and Todd joined us the following weekend, the 30th of October, for a fun and beautiful reception. They brought their Mexican theme back with them in their centerpieces complete with sand as fine as the sand on the beaches of Mexico. They started their evening with appetizers and drinks followed by a plated meal before they danced to music provided by Powerplay DJ. We wish this couple the very best in their future together!

Brittany and Craig were married on October 23rd at First Lutheran Downtown. After their ceremony they joined us for a beautiful white on white reception with red accents. There were candles everywhere you looked, I have to tell you... I've never seen so many!! Brittany had friends decorate the ballroom but you would have thought it was a professional doing the job with how gorgeous everything was! Their guests were greeted with appetizers which lead into dinner after their social hour. Following dinner they danced the night away to By Request DJ. We wish this beautiful couple a happy future together, congratulations guys!

This beautiful couple was married at the gorgeous NDSU Alumni Center on October 16th. Following their ceremony they, and their guests, joined us for a stunning fall reception. They were welcomed to the hotel with an aray of hors d'oeuvres and dinner was served after thier social hour. Breaking out of the punch "norm" this couple served their guests lemonade and iced tea, the perfect thirst quencher for this sunny fall day! No detail was left unturned for this couple. Their centerpieces, made by Jess, were mason jars of wheat, picked from her dad's field, just at the perfect time. Other tables housed a basket of fresh gourds and decorative corn. Each guest knew where they were heading when they were greeted by a cork board, covered in cloth, complete with button tacks holding on the table assignments. Homemade activity books for the kids, with hand made crayons, kept them busy all night along with great dance music provided by Powerplay DJ! To top everything off each table setting was complete with a hand dipped pretzel rod, which Jess and her dad worked on together, striped in red and orange drizzle. This reception is one that will stick with me for a long time. Fall receptions, always being my favorite, this couple truly compliments each other, congratulations guys! Everything went really well (and if it didn't no one told me!), Greg and i had just a great time!

The Radisson by far passed my expectations for the reception. The food was fantastic (from what i heard, i barely ate anything, too excited), and my dad said the appetizers must have been a big hit because he said there was barely anything left when he got there! The service was phenomenal, the staff was very courteous and helpful, especially packing up, that was great!

Thanks for everything, you were so great to work with through this whole wedding process, I really appreciate it!

Carissa and Chris celebrated their wedding with us on Saturday, October 9th, 2010. It was a perfect fall day - better than they could have asked for! The ceremony was held at the South Campus of Hope Lutheran Church in Fargo. Afterwards, the bride, groom and their 170 guests, joined us for some light hors d'oeuvres during their social hour. The ballroom looked beautiful, decorated in strawberry pint and orange. LeNei with A Grand Affair did the decorating, and as usual, didn't disappoint! The alternating pink and black table linens accented their centerpieces, which were a gorgeous combination of submerged orange orchids and pink and orange roses. Their head table, draped in orange, stood out as a focal point for the couple. After dinner, everyone danced the night away to music provided by one of the couples close friends. What a fun group! We wish this amazing couple nothing but happiness in the years to come! Congratulations!

The 13th annual Chefs' Gala benefiting Daily Bread, was held on Wednesday October 6th at the Ramada Plaza Suites. This is the 4th consecutive year we've taken part in the event to showcase some of our best, and custom, items. Chef Tom, accompanied by Sou Chef Jake, Chandra, Andy and Cody, prepared four different appetizers and one cocktail. They served Seared New Zealand Lamb Chops with Quince Currant Chutney, Harrisa Chicken Drummie Pops with Preserved Meyer Lemon Yogurt, Wild Boar Ribs with Caramelized Onion Ginger Preserved, Truffled Risotto Cakes with Shaved Asparagus and Creme Fraiche and to finish it off... a yummy mix of Meyer Lemon and Sour Cucumber Tonic! It was a great night had by all and we hope the Daily Bread made their fundraising goal!

Sarah and Ross had a beautiful reception with us on October 2nd after thier ceremony at Hope North. Their black and white colors looked elegant with just a single red rose and floating candle on each table. Their cake, provided by Quality Bakery, was a classic 3 tier cake wraped in black ribbon with small crystal accents. We wish this couple the very best in the future together, they were truly a gem to work with!
