Congratulations Jess and Andy!

Jess and Andy started their engagement together when Andy asked Jess to marry him while they were on vacation in sunny Hawaii. On the 17th of April they were married at beautiful St. Josephs Catholic Church in Moorhead. They had a gorgeous spring reception with us full of lavender tulips and sea green accents. The rose bud napkin fold they decided to go with added an elegant touch their already perfect table arrangement. Their head table was glowing with icicle lights and their party favors were picture magnets of Jess and Andy, how cute! We wish them the best in their future together... after having the opportunity to work with them for a year in their planning I'm convinced they are truly "two peas in a pod"! Hi Jess,
The wedding was everything we wanted and more, I think everyone enjoyed themselves. Everything at the Radisson was perfect. I felt really assured that once I got to the reception, everything would be what I envisioned. The food was excellent and all our guests raved about it and the punch. The service was also good and I really enjoyed them taking care of the head table. I also heard no complaints about Friday set up and was glad to see you at the reception in case I had questions. Thanks for all your help with making our wedding a joyous occasion.

Easter 2009!

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate their Easter Sunday with us and congratulations to Suzanne Sutter; the winner of our FREE nights stay give away and Carter Peratt; the winner of our stuffed Easter Bunny drawing!! We had a record number of people attend our Holiday Sunday Brunch which only happens twice a year, once of course on Easter and the other on Mothers Day. Mothers Day will be here before you know it (Sunday May 10th) and our brunch will be full speed ahead, we already have a couple reservations! We'll get the menu posted as soon as possible but for now here are some pictures of our Easter Brunch this past Sunday!

 

Congratulations Meagan and Matt!

Megan and Matt had a tropical reception with us on Saturday the 4th of April after having a prior tropical destination wedding. The ballroom was beautiful with teal candles and floral in eiffle tower vases. Their cake was complimented with white chocolate seashell accents and real beach sand as the base. Hi Sarah,
We had a wonderful time this weekend with everything and received many compliments about the delicious food. We were very pleased with everything. I'm glad you didn't mind us rearranging the foyer, everyone was just great about letting us do our own thing. They just pitched in and helped us rearrange. The staff was excellent!! Very easy to work with, very subltle in the backround keeping things cleared, yet very accessible. The Sunday brunch was very nice, too.

Congratulations Kellie and Steve!

Kellie and Steve were married at Olivet Lutheran Church last Friday the 3rd of April. They joined us for their reception serving hors d'oeuvres and dancing the night away from their own play list they played over our sound system. Below are some comments from Kellie's family. Congratulations Stacy and Travis!

Stacy and Travis not only had their reception at the hotel but were married here where they wrote their own tear-jerking vows! They had a "flapper" themed reception and wedding with the complete with feathers in the women's hair and the guys in the classic black and white patent leather shoes, pinstripe tuxes and top hats with a feather. The theme "popped" with the yellow lilies in their centerpieces and their party favors were little pictures of them. Hornbachers did a great job on their cake and they had the cutest card box on their guest book table. Stacy and Travis are truly AWESOME people and were made for each other, we wish them the best in their future together!! Below are some pictures of their reception....

 

Congratulations Lisa and Jason!

After a break in wedding receptions Lisa and Jason were married in Mexico on Valentines Day and celebrated with us on the 14th of March. They were a very beautiful and fun loving couple. As you can see in the pictures below they brought back a tropical theme with them having very fun bright colors, gorgeous orchids and sea shells. They also had photo albums on the cocktail tables filled with pictures of their Mexico ceremony, they also played a slide show of pictures from the ceremony for the guests. Their head table was down the middle of the room so they were surrounded by all of their guests. We wish Lisa and Jason the best in their life together!!
