Congratulations Bethany and James!

Bethany and James were married at Trinity Lutheran in Moorhead on the 12th of June then celebrated the beginning of their new life with us! Their colors were pink and white with the most beautiful peonies I've ever seen floating in their centerpieces which alternated with pink floating candles. Jim's mom made a traditional Norwegian wedding cake which was displayed on their meal card table with a picture of the bride and groom. Hornbachers provided them with a beautiful white cake which was topped with a peony bringing their theme in the ballroom to the Atrium! Bethany and James are a truly fun loving couple and below are some pictures of the ballroom and when they first arrived here which shows their wonderful personalities, James snapping a picture of his BEAUTIFUL bride next to their cake! Congratulations Alie and Joel!

Alie and Joel were married at Trollwood Performing Arts in Moorhead on Sunday June 14th being the FIRST couple to be married at the new location! It was perfect for the two of them since their relationship took to a new level after they both worked with the Trollwood Performing Arts School. They celebrated their first hours as husband and wife with us where their centerpieces were beautiful, their cupcakes were colorful and the lights glistened! Joel and Alie wrote their own ceremony and in talking with their guests I understand there were a few references to Alie accepting Joel and "Jon Bon Jovi" through "thick and thin".... this shows their true fun loving personalities! What a beautiful reception for a beautiful couple, we with you the best guys! Below are some pictures from their reception and some comments from Alie... thanks Alie!

Hello Jess! Everything went perfectly! Perfect is the only word I can use to describe my whole day!Everything at the Radisson went great! The food tasted amazing, even better than what I remembered during our tasting. The room we stayed in was GREAT! We LOVED LOVED LOVED the jacuzzi tub!!!!!!! Another favorite feature was the shower head in the shower - we really want one of those waterfall-type showers in our home! The room was laid out really well and was really spacious. We had all the gifts, my dress, and suitcases in there, and we still had room to move around. And throughout the whole planning process, you were great to work with! I felt you were always really easy to contact, and always had a quick response to all my questions, and was always really friendly about it. I never felt that my questions were a burden to you :)

Congratulations Jenny and Konrad!

Jenny and Konrad were married at the Beautiful First Lutheran Church downtown on May 30th. It was a truly perfect day for an even more perfect couple! Their colors were brown and pink and the tables had names of flowers to correspond with their assigned seating. They had 3 styles of centerpieces, one hurricane with a pillar candle with coffee beans, another were full of cherry blossoms stems in 24 inch Eiffel vases and the other was a variety of hydrangea and pink peonies in a fishbowl lined in limes… BEAUTIFUL! Not one detail was left overlooked… in addition to their brown chair covers with pink sashes they wrapped the highchairs in pink sashes so the kids wouldn’t feel left out! The party favors were a classic North Dakota touch giving their guests Fargo’s original Chippers! Fantasies in Frosting provided an elegant and yummy cake with the four tier cake sprinkled with candied flowers. We wish Jenny and Konrad the best in their future! Congratulations Bridget and Todd!

Bridget and Todd were married at Trinity Lutheran Church in Moorhead on April 15th then had a beautiful reception with us at the Radisson. Bridget LOVES the color blue and stars so her theme was kind of a midnight "starry night". Their centerpieces were fish bowls with blue, clear and white marbles accented with a string of sliver star garland and topped with a star floating candle. Even their party favors were silver with stars! Their midnight blue napkins made her guest tables complete. Bridget didn't leave any details out, their head table was lined with blue lights for a beautiful glow. Their four tier cake was lined with blue ribbon and frosted with silver stars. Votive holders painted in blue glitter with LED lights separated each tier for a very COOL and unique look. To top off the cake was a bride and groom wedding cake topper which lit up blue and spun like they were dancing on the cake resembling the princess and prince Bridget and Todd were that day! In addition to all of their decoration details Bridget's mom MADE ALL of the girls dresses including her own! Bridget's dress was everything you would picture in a fairytale dress, it was even accented with what seemed like silver glitter specs to bring her star theme into her dress! It was an absolutely GORGEOUS reception for an even more GORGEOUS couple! We wish Bridget and Todd the very best in their future together! Below are some pictures from their "magical" evening....

 

Mothers Day 2009!

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate their Mom and Mothers Day with us! Congratulations to Linda Krabbenhoft; the winner of our FREE nights stay give away and Sarah Linstad; the winner of our Breakfast in Bed gift basket drawing!! We had over 690 people attend our bruch which only happens twice a year, one on Easter and the other on Mothers Day. Thanks again and keep our GREAT Sunday Brunch in mind over the summer... every Sunday in Passages Cafe on our second floor!!

Congratulations Margaret and Jesse!

Margaret and Jesse were married at the BEAUTIFUL Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre next to Island Park on May 1st. With all of the weddings I've planned NONE of my couples have ever done the Theatre but it fit Margaret and Jesse PERFECTLY, a nice unique touch for a unique couple! After the ceremony, talking with their guests, everyone mentioned how great the Theatre was not only eye appealing but they mentioned the acoustics were great for a wedding ceremony! If you're looking for a unique area for your ceremony check out the FMCT!! Margaret and Jesse's colors were green and white which made for a gorgeous spring reception. With beautiful floral scattered on some of the tables and the other tables with a pillar candle over green marbles their colors and theme was tied in nicely! We wish Margaret and Jesse the best in their future together!
