Congratulations Annie and Tom!!

Annie and Tom were married in Wild Rice on Saturday, November 7th and after the ceremony they and their 294 guests joined us for a BEAUTIFUL red, black and white reception in our Cityscape Ballroom. Karen from K's provided the couple with a "yummy" centerpiece as they had an individual cake setting at each table along with tea light candles surrounding the cakes. Everything from their party favors to their personalized m & m's added their own touch to the space. Poweplay DJ moved their feet all night by playing great music! Below are some pictures of the ballroom along with some comments from Annie! We wish you the very best Annie and Tom!

Hi Jess,
The wedding did turn out really well! Everything I've heard from guests is positive, and we only had minor glitches so it was a good day!
The hall looked amazing, and our servers were really friendly. The sirloin was good, and I heard the chicken was good also.
Thank you so much for all of your help! I felt better knowing you were at the reception! :) You are awesome at what you do, and you took a lot of stress out of planning! It was perfect!
Thank you again!
Annie

Do you and your family have your Thanksgiving plans yet?

After we received many comments from our regular guests and people who have attended our Easter and Mother's Day brunches in the past, we served a Thanksgiving buffet in Passages Cafe last year for the first time. I'm happy to let you know it was a hit and we'll be doing it again this year!! The executive chef is still working on putting together the menu so we'll have that posted soon but we know it will be running from 11 am to 4 pm and will consist of all of your Thanksgiving favorites and we'll still be serving breakfast off the menu until 11 am. The cost is $15.95 for adults and $7.95 for children 11 to 5 and under 5 FREE!. Call Passages Cafe directly at 701.271.7717 to make your reservation today!

Congratulations Jen and AJ!!

Jen and AJ were married Saturday, October 24th at Faith Lutheran Church in West Fargo. They and there guests were welcomed to the hotel by a wide array of appetizers which was followed by a plated dinner. Their centerpieces were stunning with two calla lillie's in our tall eiffel vases and a floating candle in our cylinders with pictures of them set inside (very COOL and personal idea!). After dinner and cake they danced the night away with music provided by Powerplay DJ and finished the night away with more appetizers. Below are some pictures from their night. We wish Jen and AJ the best in their future together!

Congratulations Katelyn and Nick!!

Katelyn and Nick were married at Hawley Lutheran on Friday, October 16th. Following their ceremony, they and their 300 guests joined us for a beautiful reception accented in their chosen colors of hot pink and black. Their centerpieces consisted of gorgeous, fresh pink and white roses in our tall eiffel vases with teal light candles set at the base. Their cake, white with hot pink accents and made by Walmart was actually comprised of five separate, staggered tiers. After dinner and dessert, they danced the night away to music provided by Dance Machine DJ. Below are some comments from Katelyn's mom and some pictures of their beautiful evening! We wish Katelyn and Nick nothing but happiness in their new life together! CONGRATULATIONS!!

Hi Sarah,
Thank you... thank you... thank you are the words I can say! We had a WONDERFUL wedding and reception. Myself, along with my family and the grooms family were so impressed with the service we received at the Radisson. I am actually planning to write a letter to the general manager there to share our wonderful experience. We could not have been more impressed with the great customer service, assistance by yourself and others, and the reception food. You do a wonderful job with weddings! We had so many compliments on the reception food and service as well. Sarah, again... my many thanks for all your help. My daughter and her husband along with us as parents were so extremely pleased with how it all turned out.
Maria

Congratulations Rachel and Travis!

Rachel and Travis were married on the 25th of September at St. Joachim in South Fargo. Their decor was beautiful with glowing purple centerpieces which were accented by black and gold. They started off their reception with a delicious spread of hors d'oeuvres followed by our Citylights Buffet. Also unique to this great couple was the fact that they didn't serve a traditional wedding cake, instead our servers delivered customized boxes of their favorite chocolates to each table that had their picture on the front and a thank you message for their family and friends. We wish Rachel and Travis the best in their future together! Below are some comments that Rachel sent over.

Sarah,
First of all, the Radisson was SO wonderful to us from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out! Wonderful customer service all around! They gave my parents a bigger room since myself and the bridesmaids were getting ready in that room the next morning. Andy was there on Thursday night when we were setting up for the reception, he is a great kid and got us whatever we needed!
The reception was wonderful also. The night to me is kind of a blur, but I had many compliments on how great the food was!
The next morning I was so impressed because everything left behind at the reception was boxed up for us and Bekah helped me carry everything out to my car.
Again, everything was wonderful from A to Z! I will HIGHLY recommend to any bride or groom to be to check your place out!
Rachel and Travis
