Our Sales Team:
The Radisson Sales team is made up of 3 wonderful ladies! Jess Fredette is our Director of Sales, she has been with the Radisson Fargo for 9 years. She handles the bookings of our large conventions and conferences, blocks of sleeping rooms, and corporate sleeping room rates. Bridgit Moszer and Emily Mayo are the Convention Sales and Service Managers. They handle the bookings of wedding receptions, mettings, social events, reunions, graduations, off-stie catered events, and corporate drop-offs. They, also, in conjuction with our amazing Executive Chef, and outstanding Banquet Manager, plan the events that take place both at the hotel and off-site. yummy lunch features for June 7th to the 11th!!

Our chef has put together some absolutely scrumptious lunch features for next week. They're available Monday through Friday from 11 am to 2 pm... come and check them out!! All are served with your choice of home cut fries, soup or salad...
Monday $8
coffee-rubbed gouda burger with apple wood bacon and house bbq sauce
Tuesday $7
Moroccan carrot and goat cheese pumpernickel sandwich with green olive tapenade
Wednesday $7
grilled veggie and tofu stack with balsamic and mint (not paired with choice side)

Also don't forget our endless sandwich, soup and salad buffet served every weekday from 11 am to 2 pm, $11!!! Congratulations Meghan and Chris!!

Meghan and Chris had a beautiful ceremony at Hope South on May 15th. Following their ceremony they and their guests joined us for a beautiful white on white reception in the ballroom accented with bright spring colors. Their guests were greeted by vibrant Gerbera daisy's and party favor jars full of jelly beans. They danced the night away to live music by Carmen the Cactus and followed by an array of appetizers to quench every ones "dancing hunger"! We wish Meghan and Chris the best in their life together!!

Congratulations Jess and Matt!!

Friday April 16th Jess and Matt were married in Hawley then joined us for a beautiful spring reception compleate with purple napkins, assorted tulips and wildflower packets for party favors. They danced the night away with great tunes provided by Powerplay DJ. We wish Jess and Matt all the best in their future!

Friday dinner feature... WELCOME marathon runners!

So some of us know that you need to be full of energy to run 26 miles, I wouldn't be one of them BUT... for those of you that are, our chef created two pasta features specially for Friday night! Get your energy in Passages Cafe serving two chef creations including
  • Shrimp with artichoke penne in a creamy tomato absolute sauce $18
  • Grilled tofu with Asiago and walnut pesto fettuccine $16
both are started with your choice of soup or salad and accompanied by our fresh wild rice baguettes. What else can you say by YUMMY!!!!
