Congratulations Katelyn and Nick!!

Katelyn and Nick were married at Hawley Lutheran on Friday, October 16th. Following their ceremony, they and their 300 guests joined us for a beautiful reception accented in their chosen colors of hot pink and black. Their centerpieces consisted of gorgeous, fresh pink and white roses in our tall eiffel vases with teal light candles set at the base. Their cake, white with hot pink accents and made by Walmart was actually comprised of five separate, staggered tiers. After dinner and dessert, they danced the night away to music provided by Dance Machine DJ. Below are some comments from Katelyn's mom and some pictures of their beautiful evening! We wish Katelyn and Nick nothing but happiness in their new life together! CONGRATULATIONS!!

Hi Sarah,
Thank you... thank you... thank you are the words I can say! We had a WONDERFUL wedding and reception. Myself, along with my family and the grooms family were so impressed with the service we received at the Radisson. I am actually planning to write a letter to the general manager there to share our wonderful experience. We could not have been more impressed with the great customer service, assistance by yourself and others, and the reception food. You do a wonderful job with weddings! We had so many compliments on the reception food and service as well. Sarah, again... my many thanks for all your help. My daughter and her husband along with us as parents were so extremely pleased with how it all turned out.

Congratulations Rachel and Travis!

Rachel and Travis were married on the 25th of September at St. Joachim in South Fargo. Their decor was beautiful with glowing purple centerpieces which were accented by black and gold. They started off their reception with a delicious spread of hors d'oeuvres followed by our Citylights Buffet. Also unique to this great couple was the fact that they didn't serve a traditional wedding cake, instead our servers delivered customized boxes of their favorite chocolates to each table that had their picture on the front and a thank you message for their family and friends. We wish Rachel and Travis the best in their future together! Below are some comments that Rachel sent over.

Sarah,
First of all, the Radisson was SO wonderful to us from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out! Wonderful customer service all around! They gave my parents a bigger room since myself and the bridesmaids were getting ready in that room the next morning. Andy was there on Thursday night when we were setting up for the reception, he is a great kid and got us whatever we needed!
The reception was wonderful also. The night to me is kind of a blur, but I had many compliments on how great the food was!
The next morning I was so impressed because everything left behind at the reception was boxed up for us and Bekah helped me carry everything out to my car.
Again, everything was wonderful from A to Z! I will HIGHLY recommend to any bride or groom to be to check your place out!

Congratulations Mandi and Charlie!

Mandi and Charlie were married at the beautiful St. Marks Lutheran downtown here then joined us for a GORGEOUS wedding reception complete with the most BEAUTIFUL calla lilies I've ever seen! They had table burgundy table runners which matched the sashes on the chair covers and the flowers on their cake which was provided by Cashwise Bakery. Being Mandi and Charlie live in Colorado (great job planning Mandi, especially from so far away!!!!) they hired Designs by Donna to come in and decorate the ballroom complete with chair covers and centerpieces. They started their night with a three piece quartet during the social hour and ended their evening dancing to a five piece band. Below are some comments Mandi set over along with some pictures of their beautiful night. Thanks for letting us be part of your special day Mandi and Charlie, we wish you the best in your future together!!!

Hey Jess!
Everything was absolutely wonderful!
I wanted to let who ever is the supervisor of the wait staff know that there was one guy in particular that was so accommodating. His name was Andy, if you could just pass that along I would love for him to get a pat on the back! He was there on Friday night and any little thing I needed (extension cords, etc) he was speedy in finding. Super awesome employee!
One more thing, just out of curiosity do you know how many meals were actually served? I'm just curious to see how many people were actually there! Thanks you so much for everything Jess! You were such a big help! I could not have done it without you! You are awesome at your job!
Thanks again,
Mandi

Congratulations Olya and Ben!

On Saturday, August 22nd Olya and Ben were married at the BEAUTIFUL First Lutheran Church Downtown. They finished their eventing with a GORGEOUS reception with us in our Cityscape Ballroom where Dude Walker had them dancing the night away! Their eggplant napkins complimented their centerpieces of sheer leaves tied around a cylinder with eggplant ribbon. Two Birch trees wrapped in white lights and tuel sat on each side of the dance floor and Birch sticks with iris' made for beautiful compliments to the Atrium. Russia's national tree is the Birch tree and Olya's from Russia so it tied in her home land nicely... not to mention birch trees are absolutely stunning! We wish Olya and Ben the best in their future together, congratulations guys!

NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) Experience 2009 was held in Charlotte, North Carolina this year and was another GREAT year of trend setting ideas and great people! We saw Rocco DiSpirito in our first general session along with celebrity chef Marvin Woods and interior designer Stephanie Bradshaw over the four day event and closed with key note speaker Janine Driver. We learned the catering industries new trends, all about catering to food allergies, what today's bride wants and different business style techniques! Below are some snapshots from our travels....

Congratulations Nicole and Matt!

Nicole and Matt were married on July 18th at gorgeous Bethal in South Fargo! Their colors were royal blue and silver and were tied in nicely with the blue delphinium in their centerpieces and royal blue napkins at each guest setting. They started their night with a table array of hors d'Oeuvres then went into their three choice meal and finished it off with 42 inches of cascading chocolate to dip their pretzels, strawberries and cheesecake into! Nicole and Matt like to have fun, not to mention they each have a GREAT sense of humor, so instead of the glass tinging to kiss their guests had to sing a song with the word love in it! Below is the nice poem that sat at each setting so the guests new that's what they had to do to get their special kiss! I've seen this done many times before but no one ever sings right away... it didn't take long for their guests to catch on though, they were singing before they were served salads! We wish Nicole and Matt the best in their future and below are some pictures of the beautiful Ballroom all dressed up!
