a season of salads...

Our new cucumber wrapped salad is a crowd pleaser!  It takes all of the "bests" of the summer and puts them all into one handy little salad wrapped in a cucumber shell then topped with our own lemongrass champagne vinaigrette.  It's so yummy, I ate two... just to make sure our clients would like them!  Get in touch with your sales representative if you'd like to see them on your menu for your night!  We also have an incredible strawberry romaine salad that's topped with sugared pecans, feta cheese and strawberry vinaigrette.  Just one more way to make your reception, stand out from the others!  mmmmmm....

 



up-lighting and club furniture...

We now have up-lighting and club furniture available for rent!! Up-lighting can transform any room and be set to almost any color in the rainbow! Are you going for a relaxed, social atmosphere for your reception? Our club couches and chairs can be set up in the ballroom or in the atrium for a truly relaxed night! If you want to add either of these things to your reception talk to your sales representative about availability and pricing!

Chelsea and Mike...

This wonderful couple was married on February 18th in town before joining us for a beautiful reception. The ballroom dawned 528 hand dipped pretzel rods and two beautiful centerpieces. Eiffel tower vases held baby's-breath wrapped with an eggplant purple ribbon while other tables had a variety of crystal goblets with tea light's. A very classic look, for a very classy couple. We wish you two the best in your future together and hope you're having a blast on your honeymoon!

Thanks so much very everything. The big day turned out perfectly. Coming in Friday to get organized and Saturday to get set up worked out wonderfully. The service and the food was awesome - everyone was very helpful. And yes, Mike loved the chicken strips :)

Thanks for your compliments on the centerpieces. I was really happy with how they turned out. Hopefully it wasn't too much work for the staff to light all of the candles! And yes, you are welcome to post the pictures on the blog. Thanks for taking them and sending them over! We have not gotten our professional pics back yet so its nice to see.

Kallie and Michael...

This good looking couple was married on February 3rd in Fargo. They went all out on décor hiring A Grand Affair to come in and do table linens and centerpieces. One color combination that ALWAYS looks stunning and will always be one of my personal favorites! I didn't get as many pictures as I would have hoped because next thing I knew, guests were arriving, but I did manage to get a couple. The up-lighting along the walls was also provided by A Grand Affair but we have them available for rent if you'd like to "spice" up the room a bit. Their party favors were can "koozies" that were labeled with "to have and to hold and keep your drink cold!" a perfect party favor for this couple. They had the most bar sales I've ever seen at a wedding, a good time was had by all but yet everyone was on their best behavior! Below are some comments from Kallie on how the night went. Although we're going through a renovation in our public space, it didn't affect their night at all... everyone had nothing but nice comments!

Hey Jess! Everything was amazing and went perfectly. We have been getting great compliments about how beautiful the Radisson looked as well as the taco bar. People have been stating how they haven't seen anything like it (menu) but everything was delicious. As for posting pictures, go right ahead!!! Alex and Ryan...

I have no idea how I missed putting Alex and Ryan on our blog, their wedding was definitely nothing to forget!
This sweet couple was married on December 10th in Fargo. Their guests arrived to a ballroom decorated with floral from Hornbachers and appetizers that the couple had ordered. Different from our usual ballroom set up, this couple wanted the dance floor to be set up by the windows, putting their head table along the North wall of the ballroom. Their guests enjoyed Ghirardelli chocolates and cupcakes made by Alex's sister, Jessi. We wish this couple the much happiness in their upcoming years as husband and wife! Below are some comments Alex sent over way back in December! Sorry girl, I don't know how I missed you guys!

Everything was truly fabulous! All our family and friends raved about the food, so send our compliments and thanks to the chef! The service and everything you did for us was wonderful. Jackie and Lucas...

The beautiful Friday after Thanksgiving, Jackie and Lucas were married at Trinity Lutheran in Moorhead. They decorated the ballroom in gold sprayed wheat and evergreen branches, along with gold and blue holiday bulbs and dark blue hydrangeas. In lieu of a wedding cake, Jackie's grandmother provided a Norwegian wedding cake while Lucas's mom, came with hundreds of mouthwatering petifores. After an array of appetizers, this good looking couple and their friends danced the night away to music provided by power play DJ.

Tara and Ryan...

This fun spirited couple was married in the ballroom, surrounded by their closest family and friends.  Tara and Ryan had a circle ceremony, a very fun and intimate idea I'm keeping in mind for my 25th wedding anniversary.  The couple's family and friends walked in to the ballroom, onto the dance floor which was in front of the windows, and formed a circle.  After everyone was in Tara and her dad entered the room and her dad, closed off the circle.  A very emotional ceremony had tears coming to my eyes when Tara had to take a deep breath to say her vows.  After the sand ceremony, the pronouncement of marriage and a couple champagne toasts, the couple were joined with more friends and family as the night went on.  They served a wide array of appetizers and very cute cupcakes which were provided by Hornbachers.  Every table was arranged with submerged flowers and a floating candle.  Congratulations guys, with this much love in your eyes... you have many happy and healthy years ahead of you!  Below is a note that Tara sent over and some pictures that I snapped before there ceremony started.

Thank you, we had the best time at our wedding!!!  Everything went well and we all had a blast!!  The food was yummy and the Radisson staff was very friendly and accommodating.  I just loved Jerry!!  He had the best ideas and was so helpful.  Everyone we came in contact with at the Radisson was so wonderful!  Thank you for all you do!!!  I didn't think I was nervous but at the ceremony I was all of a sudden hit with so much emotion that it left me speechless.  I could feel the love of our family surrounding us and standing there staring in the eyes of the man I love took my breath away!  Your music timing was excellent Jess...thank you!  I'm glad you liked the circle ceremony and are going to use it on your 25th anniversary, how special that will be!!    I also enjoyed working with you, you made everything so easy!  Thanks again so much Jess, I  wish you only good things!
