Our Sales Team:
The Radisson Sales team is made up of 3 wonderful ladies! Jess Fredette is our Director of Sales, she has been with the Radisson Fargo for 9 years. She handles the bookings of our large conventions and conferences, blocks of sleeping rooms, and corporate sleeping room rates. Bridgit Moszer and Emily Mayo are the Convention Sales and Service Managers. They handle the bookings of wedding receptions, mettings, social events, reunions, graduations, off-stie catered events, and corporate drop-offs. They, also, in conjuction with our amazing Executive Chef, and outstanding Banquet Manager, plan the events that take place both at the hotel and off-site. lunch features September 7th through the 10th!!

WOW... it's already September... and I think everyone can smell that "fall" is in the air! Before you know it our lunch features will be taking that cold weather turn to warm everyone up so get out and enjoy these while you can! Served from 11 am to 2 pm Tuesday through Friday these features are all served with your choice of a house salad, warm soup or hand cut french fries unless marked with an astric (*)
Tuesday $7
wild mushroom pizza with carmelized onions, goat cheese and rosemary*
Wednesday $9
grilled tequila lime flank steak sandwich with horseradish chive aioli
Thursday $9
cucumber, radish and watercress sandwich with truffled goat cheese
Friday $8
fish tacos with creamy lime quacamole and cabbage slaw*
Our warm soup, salad and sandwich bar is also always cookin' from 11 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday! Come and fill your self up with house made soups, fresh sandwiches piled high with fresh deli meats, veggies and cheese along with a variety of salads.
