The 13th annual Chefs' Gala benefiting Daily Bread, was held on Wednesday October 6th at the Ramada Plaza Suites. This is the 4th consecutive year we've taken part in the event to showcase some of our best, and custom, items. Chef Tom, accompanied by Sou Chef Jake, Chandra, Andy and Cody, prepared four different appetizers and one cocktail. They served Seared New Zealand Lamb Chops with Quince Currant Chutney, Harrisa Chicken Drummie Pops with Preserved Meyer Lemon Yogurt, Wild Boar Ribs with Caramelized Onion Ginger Preserved, Truffled Risotto Cakes with Shaved Asparagus and Creme Fraiche and to finish it off... a yummy mix of Meyer Lemon and Sour Cucumber Tonic! It was a great night had by all and we hope the Daily Bread made their fundraising goal!

The Radisson Sales team is made up of 3 wonderful ladies! Jess Fredette is our Director of Sales, she has been with the Radisson Fargo for 9 years. She handles the bookings of our large conventions and conferences, blocks of sleeping rooms, and corporate sleeping room rates. Bridgit Moszer and Emily Mayo are the Convention Sales and Service Managers. They handle the bookings of wedding receptions, mettings, social events, reunions, graduations, off-stie catered events, and corporate drop-offs. They, also, in conjuction with our amazing Executive Chef, and outstanding Banquet Manager, plan the events that take place both at the hotel and off-site. congratulations Sarah and Ross!
Sarah and Ross had a beautiful reception with us on October 2nd after thier ceremony at Hope North. Their black and white colors looked elegant with just a single red rose and floating candle on each table. Their cake, provided by Quality Bakery, was a classic 3 tier cake wraped in black ribbon with small crystal accents. We wish this couple the very best in the future together, they were truly a gem to work with!

These yummy features will be offered from October 11th to the 15th between 11 am and 2 pm. They may not be served again so make sure you get in to try them! In addition to these limited time features, our soup, salad and sandwich buffet will be served Monday through Friday from 11 am to 2 pm in Passages Cafe. Don't forget about our private dining rooms if you have a small group of people that you'd like to get together! Our Maple, Sheyenne and Willow room's can accommodate anywhere between 4 to 16 people with doors that close, for the perfect private meal setting!

congratulations Carrie and Josh!
Carrie and Josh were married on the 24th of September at St. Josephs in Moorhead then, joined us for a beautiful fall reception. Sandy Krepps, a family friend, did their decorating and she did an outstanding job on the space. She does weddings all the time but I've never had the pleasure to see your work and her work, is amazing! There was a combination of fall floral in eiffle vases, along with hurricanes containing pillar candles. Leaves lined the head table along with many of the tables in the atrium. The couple and their guests had a great time dancing to Mixed Vibes DJ throughout the night. We wish Carrie and Josh the very best in their future together, have a great time on your honeymoon guys!
