Our Sales Team:
The Radisson Sales team is made up of 3 wonderful ladies! Jess Fredette is our Director of Sales, she has been with the Radisson Fargo for 9 years. She handles the bookings of our large conventions and conferences, blocks of sleeping rooms, and corporate sleeping room rates. Bridgit Moszer and Emily Mayo are the Convention Sales and Service Managers. They handle the bookings of wedding receptions, mettings, social events, reunions, graduations, off-stie catered events, and corporate drop-offs. They, also, in conjuction with our amazing Executive Chef, and outstanding Banquet Manager, plan the events that take place both at the hotel and off-site. These great lunch features are served with your choice of soup, salad or hand cut fries if they are marked with an astric (*). They're available in both Passages Cafe and Perspectives Lounge between 11 am and 2 pm.
Monday $10 angus prime rib and gorgonzola panini with paprika garlic butter and house cut fries
Tuesday $9 roasted chicken tacos with lime cilantro cream and fresh corn tortilla chips ~gluten free!
Wednesday $9 roasted tomato and artichoke flatbread pizza with parmigiano reggiano and arugula
Thursday $9 truffled mac n brie
Friday $10 green chili angus burger with bleu cheese, sunny fried egg and house cut fries
