Our Sales Team:
The Radisson Sales team is made up of 3 wonderful ladies! Jess Fredette is our Director of Sales, she has been with the Radisson Fargo for 9 years. She handles the bookings of our large conventions and conferences, blocks of sleeping rooms, and corporate sleeping room rates. Bridgit Moszer and Emily Mayo are the Convention Sales and Service Managers. They handle the bookings of wedding receptions, mettings, social events, reunions, graduations, off-stie catered events, and corporate drop-offs. They, also, in conjuction with our amazing Executive Chef, and outstanding Banquet Manager, plan the events that take place both at the hotel and off-site. freature for Monday December 20th!

I can't imagine a better way to warm up on a day like today than with a grilled gruyere sandwich with tomatillo jalapeno jam! Chef introduced these at our open house back in November, well with a slight variation on the insides, but the cheese was the same and who doesn't like a jalapeno kick! They were so good I can't imagine a grilled cheese sandwich any other way! This feature will be served in Passages Cafe from 11 am to 2 pm with your choice of a cup of soup, salad or hand cut fries. Come and warm up with a soup and sandwich combo!
Also tonight... MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL in Perspectives Lounge! You can enjoy free pizza from 7 to 9 pm with $3 appetizers and 2-4-1 beers from 4 until 9 pm. 29 years to the day the Vikings will play on their "home" field outdoors! Wish them luck as they get ready to pummel the Chicago Bears! Kick offs at 7:30!
